You will create prints using one of the provided templates (or your own design) and learn how to easily print the design!

What to Bring

All materials and tools will be provided, but feel free to bring any design ideas or sketches you'd like to work with.

By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with five Valentine's Cards (that you made!) and the skills to continue exploring this creative medium on your own. Whether you’re looking to explore a new hobby or enhance your artistic repertoire, this workshop is a perfect starting point. All experience levels are welcome.

As always, drinks and snacks are included…a festive and “sweet” afternoon!

 

About the Trainer

Jessica Leitch

Jessica Leitch is a creative who likes to dabble in lots of mediums. As the artist behind The Little Red Print Shop (a tiny prints vending machine in Birmingham, AL), Jessica has explored printmaking through relief/linocut prints. With a strong appreciation for the tactile and instantly gratifying nature of linocuts, it’s become her preferred method of art making.

A midwestern gal who moved to the South, Jessica has a deep love of good coffee, seeing new places and baking a loaf of bread.
