Creatives, entrepreneurs, and more use Canva to make presentations, flyers, social posts, etc. With changing updates, new features, and different plan options, it can be challenging to figure it out. Workshop marketing coordinator Allie Haynes has used Canva to help multiple businesses and nonprofits streamline their projects and maximize Canva’s offerings. She’ll show you the tools and workarounds you need to get organized.
Beginners are encouraged and welcome; Workshop is here to support you in your creative ventures. Canva users of any level will enjoy learning something new or improving a skill. Bring your laptop, notebook, favorite pen, and passwords!

Allie Haynes
Allie graduated from UAB’s business school with a degree in economics in 2020. She’s worked for several local nonprofits over the past few years. In working with nonprofits and small businesses with limited budgets, Allie had to find workarounds to support marketing, graphic design, and organization. Her passion is empowering others to find confidence in the pursuit of their unique aspirations.
